Public Engagement
A public hearing officially kicks off the Comprehensive Plan process, notifying elected officials and the public about the project and announcing upcoming engagement opportunities. Public hearings for this plan were held at each jurisdiction’s city or town council meeting, as well as the Morgan County Board of Commissioners meeting.
