Rooted in Morgan

Rooted in Morgan is a joint planning effort between Morgan County and its four municipalities: Bostwick, Buckhead, Madison, and Rutledge. The county-wide comprehensive plan and its individual jurisdiction guiding plans will guide growth, development, and public investments throughout the county. These plans will also provide direction on other aspects that impact growth and development, like water/sewer infrastructure, natural environmental resources, transportation, broadband internet access, and more! Overall, this process will set a long-term vision for the area's future while creating a 5-year action plan to work towards that vision.
